All private lessons are scheduled with Eric Maple or Emma Maple (unless otherwise noted). Private lessons provide one-on-one instruction on your desired skill. Any of the above are priced as follows:

SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASSES
speed and agility (Age 9+)
Enhance running form and movement economy while increasing speed and agility capabilities to directly impact athletic performance. Includes training in linear speed, rotational speed, change of direction, running technique, and conditioning.
Youth Speed/Strength (age 6-8)
A combination of speed and strength training programmed for athletes ages 6-8 years old. This class is designed to introduce proper movement techniques and get them comfortable in the training/weight room atmosphere. Fun/interactive fitness games are included to encourage the spirit of competition and keep kids engaged.
Intermediate Strength (age 9-11)
Weightlifting designed for the beginner (ages 9-11). This class is meant to teach proper mechanics, learn movements, and weight room knowledge/etiquette. This class is solely strength training. Focuses on gaining proper form of compound lifts. The goal of this class is to increase strength, power, and movement abilities to prepare the athlete for their sport and Advanced Strength.
Advanced Strength (age 12-18)
Weightlifting designed for the experienced lifter (ages 12-18). Improve strength, power, and movement abilities to increase overall athletic performance. This class is solely strength training with the goal of enhancing sport performance, maintaining movement quality, and preventing injury. Includes introduction of Olympic lifts while building upon compound lifts.
Adult Hiit (age 18+)
Weightlifting designed for adults. This class is based on functional strength (relating lifting directly into ways to impact and improve everyday life activities). It begins with 30-40 mins of traditional/functional strength training. Then transitions into 20-30 mins of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is increased intensity for short bouts (high bodyweight reps or cardio) with brief recovery periods in-between. This class is great for beginners with a very encouraging environment amongst peers.
Arm Care/Velocity (age 11+)
Enhance overhand throwing velocity and technique of the overhand throw as well as learning how to properly take care of your arm to prevent injury. Includes strength and stability/mobility training of scapular movements, rotator cuff, and other surrounding muscles.
We also train separation/rotational movements to improve throwing patterns to increase velocity. J-bands and plyo balls are also incorporated.
Explosive Training (age 11+)
A class dedicated to explosive movements. Improve your power outputs in activities such as vertical jumping or rotational movements. This class targets fast twitch muscles to increase rate of firing and power behind sport specific movements. We are excited to offer Vertimax training to the program! Using our Vertimax platforms, we can make training extremely sport specific to develop power in movements you need to be successful in your sport.

class pass: $120
All of the above classes are eligible for the Class Pass option where you pay upfront for 10 classes at a discounted rate. Each class is charged, not by the day (ex. 2 back to back classes is 2 charges toward class pass)
*A Class Pass may be shared among siblings
*Class Pass is not valid for private lessons/group lessons/clinics/camps/other events hosted by Next Level
*Class Pass expires 3 months from purchase date

WELLNESS MODALITIES
recovery treatment
Recovery modalities performed by a certified trainer to assists in the athlete’s recovery and enhancing athletes’ musculoskeletal health. Modalities include cupping, scrapping, and sport massage therapies. This is one of the ways NLSP provides all-around athletic development under one roof.
nutrition consult
Gain a better understanding of how to achieve your nutrition and athletic goals. Nutrition is the building block for training development, so feel free to book a consultation to learn about dietary nutrition and supplementation options.

Birthday Parties
Birthday Party Reservations
Let us host your son or daughters' birthday party! We include various fitness activities, an obstacle course, as well as open space for tables/chairs. Food, drinks, and decorations are all up to you to provide, no limitations!
$50/hour base rental fee + $6/guest (min. 10) [guest only refers to participating kids]
